I have been going here all my adult life, my mom worked for the county and that’s how I got it (u use to have to be referred). All my children now have accounts here, car loans here, we have moved with them, had their name changed with them, etc. I honestly feel they’re part of our family. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I have had employees go above and beyond on many occasions. I do not particularly like this current location (BUT I love the current employees in there at Century Blvd) however I do much of my banking through the app?. You all are doing a great job and I appreciate each one if you!?

I wouldn’t let my worst enemy bank with 1st Northern Credit Union. Black employee shared my confidential proprietary information out loud without my consent, I did not ask him to share that information. White lady at the counter can’t even make a deposit properly.

The workers are all racist! I was waiting in line for several minutes but as soon as a white person walked in they got immediate service from the teller who was avoiding eye contact with me. This experience was enough to make me close my account. Considering their debit cards don’t even have tap to pay I don’t think I’m missing out on much. Wish I could give 0 stars.

So I've retired and returned to Antioch to take care of my Momma in Brentwood. My Redwood Credit Union doesn't exist over here so it's time to find something local. After much research I chose 1st Northern. Good reviews here and friendly people. Engaging, actually. Thanks for the laughs!

Definitely not a bank, but a wealth building assistant! No ripoff fees, no negative surprises. The best loans and free checking. Forgot to mention awesome friendly staff!

Used to love this place. I use the mobile app daily. Sadly it hasn't worked the last couple of weeks
Shouldn't take this long to fix. Never a problem before. Please fix asap as a lot of your customers depend on it.
