BG Asset Management has done an excellent job managing several of my properties in the Bay Area.

I've worked with two other management companies before BGAM and BGAM stands out as being reliable and consistently able to deliver results. I also appreciate the team's flexibility which allows me to be as involved or hands-off as I want (i.e. they are willing to accommodate my preferred vendors).

Because I work work full-time, having them handle everything from tenant placement to maintenance needs and annual inspections has been a weight off my shoulders.

The BGAM team is responsive and professional. They strive to maintain strong relationships with both owners and tenants. Originally, I was managing my own properties but have since had BGAM take them over since I've been really happy with the experience.

I rented an apartment managed through BG Asset Management with Marc Guzman, and it was a good experience. Whenever we needed help with anything, they were always in touch, making sure we got everything taken care of in a timely manner.

Marc stood out because of his responsiveness. If you put in a request, Marc will actually open it, take care of it, and get back to you. That's not something I can say about the other one I've had before - they just don't get back to you at all.

If I ever need to rent again, or if I know anyone looking for a place in the Pittsburg, CA area, I'd definitely recommend Marc and the BG Asset Management team. Their communication coupled with actually getting things done really made our renting experience very pleasant.

I wasn't sure what to expect when BG Asset Management took over my property back in November as it was the first time I've ever used a property management company before but Marc's company has provided a fantastic service so far!

They gave me two people to choose from and I love the tenant I have now who has been taking great care of my property. Their vetting process is excellent and the BGAM team handles all the rent collection as well as any repairs needed, which has of course taken a huge workload off my shoulders.

They have proven to be a very well-run company and are always very responsive. I would advise property owners to really consider giving them a call if you're looking for reliable property managers in San Pablo, California.

I was referred to BGAM by two of my close friends who also use them to manage one of their investment properties so they seemed like a sure bet and have taken care of my single family rental home in Oakland, California since June of this year.

We've not been working together long, but so far, I've been super pleased with the service provided. Marc's team (especially Ryan), handles all interactions with my tenants so I don't have to deal with any headaches. Ryan is extremely responsive whenever I have a question or an issue comes up. He turns problems around really fast and is always available whenever I need him.

It's been a big help having Marc's company handle everything tenant-related. As a busy property owner, I wouldn't have time to manage these things on my own. BG Asset Management has managed my single-family rental property in Oakland, CA for the past 4-5 years. Overall it has been a pretty hands-off experience. Marc and the team do a great job at handling all communications with the tenants, including processing rent payments; as well as renewing the annual business license and paying the taxes to the City of Oakland. I am kept updated on any issues that come up, so it makes things very seamless on my end.

Over the years, BGAM has done a great job finding me good tenants. I've had two reliable tenants in the time we've been working together. The property management team also handles advertising the unit, collecting applications, running background and credit checks, and presenting me with options to make the final decision on who to select.

Overall, I don't have to worry about much with my rental property thanks to their management services. They are communicative, professional, and make the whole process simple for me. I would recommend their services to other real estate investors looking for a hands-off property management solution.

My husband and I were tenants in a few different properties managed by Marc Guzman and the BGAM team in Pittsburg, CA. BG Asset Management were our landlords for the whole time we rented. We first came across their page when we were looking to rent our first place. We reached out, and Marc was actually one of the first people we were in contact with.

Everyone at BG Asset Management is incredibly responsive. They were very attentive and had a really quick turnaround time if I ever needed anything maintenance-wise or had any question at all. They would respond right away, even outside of normal business hours.

Marc really took care of us as tenants. There were no surprises at all renting through them. Everything was really well communicated. I always received advanced notice if they needed to come by the apartment for any reason. I really liked that because it gave me time to adjust my schedule and make sure everything was taken care of, and to make sure they had what they needed without any delays.

Anyone looking to rent in the Pittsburg area really needs to check out Marc and his team. They actually care about their tenants which is a rare find these days! Huge thank you to Marc and his team for giving us the opportunity to be tenants when we had no rental history. Due to this and no rent increases we were able to buy our first home!
