Leider eine Hausverwaltung, welche ich nicht weiter empfehlen kann. Schlecht erreichbar, absolut kein Fachwissen auf konkrete Fragen, man muss immer selbst hinterherrennen und kein Informationsfluss.

Sowohl meine vorherige wie auch die aktuelle Hausverwaltung ist viel viel besser, freundlicher und stets hilfsbereit. Die Kosten sind auch nachvollziehbarer und transparenter. Ich hoffe auf Besserung für zukünftige Mieter.

Ich kann es leider nicht weiter empfehlen…
Wenn Sie etwas neues in ihrem Wohnungen machen lassen , legen auf dem Schulter der Mietern in dem sie die Miete erhöhen. Eigentlich alles was renoviert wird, bleibt in der Wohnung, sollte nicht der Mieter die Kosten tragen , oder…?…?
