Avoid at all cost!

I returned my Internet router more than 3 weeks ago, the agent that helped me assured me everything was done, no balance was due on my account and there was nothing else I had to do. Today I got email from T-Mobile stating that my balance on my account was over due, explained everything to the agent that helped me, and he said he saw the return but the account was not close which makes not sense, I just want to keep paying them for internet without a router 💀. So now I have to pay for 2 months of internet plus late fees. I am livid with them never again will I do business with T-Mobile. I did not even had a contract it was a pre paid router! Scammers!

AVOID!!! I had gone in here to get new phones and see what promotions I was eligible for. I was able to trade in both my phones. After having traded in both my phones and getting two new iPhone 15s my new bill would’ve been $142. However, the salesman there essentially told me that I needed to add two lines and get three sync devices in order to be eligible for the promotion. That was a lie! Now my bill is $187 a month. I had spoke to T-Mobile directly, and they basically told me that I was misled. Do not go to the store. They are working on a commission and they will do whatever they can to sell you whatever they can, and they will lie to you. I am not using the sync devices and I’m also not using the two extra lines that they sold me.

Sean was super helpful yesterday. My daughter is 16 and wanted to swap from her android to an iPhone and was having some difficulties. Sean was there to help. He was patient and kind and very tolerant, considering my 1 year old grandson was with us. We’ve been to the store a couple of times in the last year and the customer service has always been superb. Got T-Mobile a few years ago, they said it would be perfect for my area but that is not the case. 1. They forgot to tell us we needed a new router and for over a month we went without internet. Now they did refund us but they never mentioned about a problem. 2. It worked for a couple of months then we got a consistent 1 bar no matter where we took it in our house. 3. When we went in store they were not helpful, they told us to go online and go through this process which ended up telling us to go back to the store for help. 4. Every time we have called about an issue they 99% of the time don’t have an answer and we get put on hold forever without a true resolution to the problem

I appreciate the patience of both Carl and Sira. Sira specifically was incredibly kind and considerate. They both stayed almost 2 hours after the store closed to ensure that my phone transferred properly to my new one. If you go to this store, please request Sira.

Great customer service! Both Richie & Kaleb are friendly, pleasant and genuine. Very obvious they truly care about their customers & want to exceed expectations. I stopped by to change out my screen protector. Richie is meticulous & his attention to detail is amazing. His screen protector application is perfect!!! Kaleb is a wealth of knowledge & relays it in such a way that everyone can understand. I am soon upgrading my phone & look forward to working with them again. Yay T-mobile!!!

Social security fraud. The manager fraudulently used my boyfriends social security card to open a Business account when we requested personal.

We do not have access to the business account illegally made his name, with his social security card. We call to figure things out and get no where, we text support and get no where, and we show up to the store and the scam artists "solution" is we pay the fee, the 27$ late fee that's THEIR FAULT, cancel our line, wait a week to three months to open a personal line and go from there.
You committed social security fraud, charged us for it, then when we go to pay our bill you illegally tell us that the method of payment isn't allowed and that you only accept cash (which for debts is illegal).
So social security fraud, and now outright fraud and scams. Don't shop here if you like your sanity and money.

One more time I had trouble with T-mobile but Gabe came to my once again,was gonna be charged non return fee when Gabe already sent the phone back, had tracking number all the info they needed. So I do not owe a not returned fee,thank you.
