After dealing with an awful accountant in Sacramento County for nine months, I found Jessie Downs. What a relief!!!!! I had a mess to deal with, and she did not complain. She listens, returns calls & emails and will get your return in on time! Wow, she is the gal!!!

I suggest Jessie Downs to anyone needing any type of tax work. Not only did she work out my back taxes (many years-what a relief), she went out of her way to help me understand a screw up I did this tax year(nice to be able to rest my mind).
