Really happy with the service from State Farm. The good thing is that you have a direct contact to the State Farm representative instead through automated customer service system. So whenever need any assistance they are available just right there. I want to thank specially to Laurel who alway helpful whenever I need any info, clarification etc..

In my experience, they are relentless advocates during claims, billing and servicing. No call center for service, I have them! Special shout-out to Zach for straightening out a claims billing issue with the car rental company. Great prices, I recommend them.
