Ric jumped thru many hoops on a complicated situation. It is a very long story but Ric came thru and my mother was able to collect on what was due. I thank Ric for all his help. He could have let it drop and we would have gotten nothing. I had been upset about it but Ric came thru in the end

Very very similar experience to Lawrence with our Grandfather. They say a money back guarantee that medicare/Medicaid will pay the nursing home if they take your case. Paid them over $6,000. Our claim was denied because the office is a hot mess. Paperwork was incomplete and not turned in on time. When asked about the money back guarantee was given the run around and the money was never returned. After the fact, the social worker at the nursing home told us we should have just come to them because they have so many of the same problems with this company. Will never do any business with any entity run by these con men again.

I met with Blake Rainey yesterday and he could not have been more kind or understanding. He put my mind at ease. When the time comes when I am mentally able to put my alzheimer's husband in a nursing home I will contact him to help me. I am sure he will help through all of the steps to keep him and me secure.
