We met Dustin in Oct 2019 at a dining & information presentation he did in Sherwood. My wife & I are a retired military couple; I turned 65 late last year. Early in the evening Dustin asked for anyone who'd served in any military branch, for any length of time to please identify themselves. He asked the Vets to give him a few extra minutes after the presentation to share about a unique Humana Medi-Care Part B program for any vet, not just retirees. As he spelled out the "no-premium" program benefits & how it worked with our DoD Tricare-4-Life Part B Supplement, I knew we needed to know more in a 1-on-2 setting. Dustin made an appt to come to our home with program details that cover both Vet and Spouse. He was very professional & patient to ensure we had our benefits & coverage questions answered. Since Dustin has several underwriters to work from, he soon had the best package of options & benefits for us to review right there at our dining table.
We have called & texted Dustin several times to get clarifications or guidance on specific issues & he always come through quickly w/very sound ideas for our consideration. We highly recommended Dustin to veterans we know or meet b/c we have confidence he will work hard for them, too. He has the experience & knowledge to find a package of coverage or options that best suit our interests. He always returns calls or text quickly so we aren't left wondering about our coverage decisions.
