I was with State Farm for YEARS for home and auto, but since Keith had left, I wasn't able to get the responsiveness I needed from the office staff. Lisa Sinclair wanted to argue instead of listen, so I switched all of my coverage to Kelly Welch with Farmers Insurance, and I was surprised at how much money I saved. Now I have better coverage and an agent who will spend time with me when I have questions. Edd was a nice guy, but he had too many irons in the fire, and always cut me short, and the snarky office staff was just TOO MUCH. The two stars are being generous.

My wife and I are really pleased with how the Hoyt team handled one of our claims that state farm HQ did wrong that the Hoyt team had over turned and really fought to get it fixed for us. We really are thankful for them.
