I regret to say that my experience with this service provider has been extremely disappointing. Despite registering over two months ago, I received no follow-up until I repeatedly reached out. When someone finally contacted me, they failed to show up at the agreed time, causing significant disruptions to my schedule.

The lack of respect for my time was evident as I received calls at inconvenient hours, with no consideration for my calendar. Upon escalating the issue and requesting a cancellation of my membership, I was informed that cancellations were not possible, only extensions. Yet, even with the extension, no one has shown up for over a month.

I have paid approximately 8,000 INR for this subscription, which has been a complete waste of money. The management's inability to value their customers' time and provide reliable service is evident. I could have managed my portfolio more effectively on my own, given the circumstances.

I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer court to seek a refund, not because of the amount, but to ensure that a lesson is taught where it is deserved.

Bottom Line: There are many other service providers available. I strongly recommend exploring better options.

Savart I personally like their service. App is easy to use they suggest us to invest how much ever less or mote we want to invest. A personal relationship manager will be allotted who will guide us, through out. Returns are good too.
