All of my experiences with RFD (Ruth, Edward, and Jesse) have been great! I've rented for going on 2 years now and I've found RFD to be very accommodating in any and every situation. Never has there been an issue, but if ever any repairs are needed, they have "Dave the handyman" out PRONTO !! and problems are solved quickly and efficiently ? Also they are just kind, down to earth people which is very comforting. I would highly recommend RFD Property Management !!!

We tried doing our own property management and ended up with very problematic tenants. RDF helped us remove them and reboot with a professional property management service (RDF). They were quick to repair the house and flip it to reliable tenants who eventually bought the house. RDF will be my first call if I every decide to become a landlord again.
