My front facing panorama window broke on my 2015 Scion Tc back before Thanksgiving. Working with Investment Resources, and specifically with Progessive that they signed me up for, has been a complete train wreck. It is December 19, almost one month later and I still have a broken window and I can’t seem to get a call back or any sort of help. I pay $200 a month for insurance only to be my own agent when something actually happens. This was supposed to be a local hometown group of folks wanting to help others. I can’t even get a call back. Progressive tried to pay me out $647 for a window and tried to force close my claim. When I called Toyota myself the single part was valued at over $1,600+. I get it’s the holiday season, but some of us still have to get things done. I will forever tell everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague; Progressive too.

Horrible customer service, lack of accountability, terrible at returning calls, snarky phone personalities, favorite excuse "I'm kind of new at this" for over a year now.. . Don't get your auto insurance from this company because according to them "insurance is not their main money maker" Translation, I don't care what your needs are, you don't make me enough money. When trying to cancel my policy because I was tired of not mattering and not being called back, I was told the person who handles the policy is out of the office, as she often is, and I would have to call back tomorrow. That's not how that works, you take a message and you have the agent call the customer when they are able. I then expressed that my auto-pay was going to come out in a few days and was told "maybe you should have called sooner"!!!!!! This is definitely not the first time hearing condescending and sharp statements on the phone. You guys need some real lessons in customer service and what matters. Be nice to people because without people you don't make any money.
