Scott did my wife and my taxes for the years of 19-20 and 21-22 and both years he was incredibly late but the 21-22 took the cake...we didn't get our taxes completed until November 22 2022...this is most unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Any phone call I made was never answered and any voice message was never returned. I do not recommend this guy to do your taxes.

Very sad experience. I rarely leave reviews. He did seem knowledgeable on taxes, but getting them done was another matter. VERY disorganized, multiple excuses, filed late after we made another special trip in to make sure they'd be done on time. Said all he had to do was push a button. Found out by accident he hadn't submitted them.
Also our ids we're not submitted, so we now get to wait ANOTHER 9 weeks for our refund, and had to spend multiple hours/days on the phone to get issue resolved by the IRS. NONE of which should have happened. I was contacted by multiple people thru Facebook who also had issues of similar nature or worse.
He offered us free tax service for next year. It was such a bad experience, we're NOT going to do this.
Also we NEVER got a return phone call from him EVER. His staff did return calls to make excuses for him. If I could leave negative stars I would. My suggestion is avoid. Getting your taxes done should be a helpful experience, not a huge mess like this was.

Filed my taxes late causing IRS to assess penalties and interest. Was told weekly "I promise they will be done Monday". NEVER returns calls. Always has an excuse. Most incompetent business I've ever dealt with.
