They definitely deserve 5 stars. I am not renting with them anymore, but I without a doubt, would again in an heartbeat and tell others the same. As long as you professionally get the place cleaned, shampooed and take care of their properties when you move out (like I did) you will get your full refund! Some places will give you zero of your deposit back no matter how good of shape you leave their property. Thanks Clark real estate and especially thanks to Isaac!! You are awesome at what you do

I’m finishing up my first year renting with Clark Real Estate and have had a really positive experience so far and I definitely plan on staying with them for some time to come because the rental property I have is in excellent condition and fits all of my needs at an affordable price. Isaac Conde has been so easy to work with, and he has taken all of my concerns seriously and fixed any issues that arise immediately. Everyone I have interacted with has been great, including Carla and the maintenance team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Very difficult to deal with, customer service is minimal to none. The office worker upfront, Carla, is apparently unable to answer questions or pass on messages, if she answers the phone. Everyone is out of the office most days and leaving a message will not get you a return phone call. Finding a more professional and attentive real estate agency is highly recommended.

A little hard to get in touch with initially, but otherwise a good company to work with. Huberto Valnecia is an excellent employee and answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, went through the lease with me, and recorded a video of the house conditions before move in. I would work with them again in the future.

Worst company I rented from outta the 2 I have dealt with. They took over the complex I rented through Mynd,they never sent Maintenance over. I had been having a difficult time making rent, because Covid. Told my Property Manager I was on a waiting list for housing. He waited a month, then gave me a 24 hour Eviction notice, with no reason stated. After having no notice prior. Then, blocked my number. So, I went down to the office. He avoided me, having the secretary tell me he was in back to back meetings all afternoon and that he would call me the next morning, he never did. I had been making payments toward my Rent as I could. They also only gave me like 3 days to move my stuff out.

We had been in our previous rental for 4 years and boom owner wants to sell. The rental market right now is so competitive we looked at so many houses, some companies even wanted an application before viewing but luckily we found the perfect house for our family through Clark Real Estate. Its been super easy and I can't wait to get moved in.

This rating is truly for Kristin Gandalfo. She has been amazing managing our apartment complex. When we first moved in we had an issue with our lock, and had to get a locksmith out to fix it. Kristin helped take care of the issue on Clark's side of things making it easy on us. Anytime we had a concern with our apartment complex, she was very responsive and helped get the issue resolved.

I have been with Clark Real Estate for 3 years. I have had some good
experiences with them, and a few not so. That means that my tenants
wern't always doing what they should have. I did contact Clark concerning
these issues and they were somewhat slow in getting them taken care of.
And I had neighbors complaining to me and I would then relate them to Clark. Due to the fact this was my first time renting I did not alwars know
what was the time element. but on the whole Clark was good to finlally
take care of the issues. I would recommend them to anyone needing help
in the care of their rental. Sincerely.
