I wanted to share my experience (16 months) so far of the above and beyond service and attention we have received from Key Property Management regarding our rental home. We moved to Las Vegas in March 2023 and we were apprehensive to lease a property under a management company and not directly dealing with the home owner them self. I can honestly say that anything (issues) that have happened with a 30+ year old property, they have been so attentive and have taken care of quickly and without pushback. Thanks to Shayna, Nick and Steven for all their help and coordination.

We have been very happy with Key Property Management. When we moved in the house was extremely clean. Agent accommodated our schedule for the tour of the house along with the move in. All of our service orders have been addressed timely. If it wasn’t for the purchase of our new house we would continue to live at Key Property for several more years. I would definitely recommend this management company to others.

Nick and Steven are very responsible and helpful, they cares about the tenants! They worked late in this summer to help us! It was almost 9pm in September they were still handling our AC issue!

By far the worst property management company to go through in Las Vegas. We utilized them for 4 years and was never late on rent, but they never would fix anything we requested, charged us for all upkeep of the property while threatening us with fines. Never had anyone communicate with us upon us finally moving out of the property, and then they held back our deposit. If you are looking for quality customer service as well as a good property management group, don't utilize KeyPM. They will take every last dime you have regardless if you're a disabled Veteran.

I scheduled to view a home 8/8/24 at 7:30pm. I scheduled through KeyPM. I arrived 10 minutes early and an agent never showed. I called the property management office and I could not speak to a live person since it was after office hours. However, the recording did recognized my number and asked me to press # if I was at the property and I did. The recording said it would contact an agent and I should receive a call, text or email. I waited 10 more minutes and still no one showed up or contacted me. I called the property number again and the recording said I was late to the showing and I’d have to reschedule. Very unprofessional as I not only confirmed my appointment but arrived early and even waited 20 minutes after the schedule time. I took time off work as well. This is definitely a turn off to use this company which I’m sure they could care less. Very disappointed.
