I wish this company would get nailed on what they are doing! Complete scam, claiming I owe $1000 for an accident that happened in CA (they’re based in AZ) over a year ago. They called me and then my place of employment. When I called back, the same guy, who had called me a matter of minutes beforehand, acted like he had no idea who I was. He was incredibly rude and claimed I should calm down and reply to all their missed calls & voicemails - I had never even heard from them. Sounds like it’s a similar story in many instances. Be careful!

This company is very shady. I had to call 3 way with both insurance company's cause recovery partners employe Sabrina lied and said we didn't have insurance, once the agent got on the call she acted like she didn't know what was going on. The people from progressive said don't give them any money, progressive is the insurance for the driver I hit. My insurance was already dealing with progressive and the claim went threw with no problem Don't give these people no money without have legal representation.

They are fraud and scam. Instead of giving details of the claim they are asking for money. My insurance company says they have already settled my bills with hospital. If have already forwarded all the details to my lawyer.

I got a call out of the blue last week from Ronny Jenkins from this company. He was extraordinarily rude and disrespectful. He claimed that I had no insurance after I had an accident and insisted my insurance company was not listed on the police report. He stated I would be in collections for $19000 and lose my license. He manipulated and then when I got angry and pushed me he literally was rude and making statements like “0h my God” etc. I thought they were lying so I was angry. Then I tried to follow up the next week and was called irresponsible by another person. This is not something I did or was even aware of and their tactics are shameful. They apparently can be as rude as they want but don’t dare be rude back. Oh, and they lie.

They called me claiming I owe them 13000 or they will suspend my license. A company based in Arizona worried about an accident in Kentucky needs to stay in their lane. The insurance I owe money to claims to know nothing about this company. It’s a scam!

It’s only a matter of time before this company is shut down due to their illegal practices. This company violates the state Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act often by way of harassment, threats, and obscene language. If you read the other reviews here, they break almost every other rule outlined by the above acts as well.

I have now given them my insurance and claim information a total of 3 times. They have just sent me yet another letter claiming that I do not have insurance and trying to bill me for more and more.

Also they sent me 5 or 6 letters that weren’t even addressed to me so I have to wonder if there’s another person they were intending to harass that they mixed up my address with (Recovery Partners must be very angry with someone named Rasaella).

Beware of this company and know your rights.

scam.
