Never going to a bank ever again. My first credit union, I'll never look back. Not one issue in the 5 years I've been with them. Loans are super easy, I've built my credit almost 200 points in less than a year and still climbing. Thank you vantage west!

Went to Rita ranch office between 9 and 10 to do some business inside. i was told to go to the drive through window. i said i am a senior and wanted to do my business inside. the lady who met me at the door was very confrontational. only after a few words did she let me in. I would have called to talk to the branch manager, but VW only gives you one number to call, not the branch. this complaint could have been handled more discreetly but the phone options they provide won't permit it. I should not have to justify why I want to do my business inside, it was not her business. I qualified for entrance without an appointment between 9 and 10. If that no longer applies the post it on line and at the door.

Have been with Vantage West about 7 years now. I wish we hadn't waisted our time with other banks. Vantage West is great. They are very helpful and personable....like they really care about helping you with better opportunities. Thank you!
