The Gilkey Insurance Group is extremely responsive to my needs and my questions via email are ALWAYS answered promptly. Antwan is patient and kind in an industry that doesn't seem to value the needs of clients. All of my previous insurance agents were unethical, unresponsive and uncaring. As a brokerage, my needs are always matched with the best company at a reasonable rate.

First, buying insurance IS NOT one of my favorite activities. It's right up there with a trip to the dentist! But Heather Nelson, of the Gilkey Agency, made it as pleasant and painless an experience as I've ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every option that could benefit me and save me money.
