I had a problem with my payment going up quite a bit for discontinuing automatic payments with the insurance company. I called customer service at Fácil Insurance and they were absolutely terrific by assisting me and helping me to lower my monthly payments to what it used to be. I thank the people at Fácil Insurance for their great and prompt help and for such great customer service. Will recommend highly.
