I’ve been waiting for a response for weeks now on a check that needed to be reissued to me but I keep getting the run around. The amount they were going to send to a creditor was incorrect and the creditor would not accept it. I asked why they sent the wrong amount and they said we thought it was enough. I ended up making other arrangements with that creditor.
Now, I feel like I’m not important now that the interest is being charged and my biweekly payments are being paid.
They tell me that the 3rd party place that issues checks has no phone number and they can only send an email to a general inbox.
I’m having to call them for all follow up, they do not reach out to me. When I called again today after being told Tuesday that they found another email address to send to this 3rd party place and they would try Wednesday. Today is Thursday and I’m following up and the branch manager and the district manager are both conveniently in a meeting until after 4.

Real bad service waisted all day try get loan after I’ve done online pictures and documents. Seem the lady don’t want u get a loan. We ask if thats everything you need from us she said yes. Then get call that I need more documents. Don’t even know her name but she’s prego. Obviously we need loan today not weeks out

Please, PLEASE ask questions before signing ANYTHING. The low monthly payment looks great until you realize you’re paying $6100 at the end of borrowing $3000. They will tell you they can’t figure out how much interest you will pay. They will tell you that they can’t show you that information. They will even tell you that what you’re paying will be lower in actuality, but cannot give answers to how much that will be or how the total cost breaks down. After crunching the numbers in their office MYSELF (because they loan officer told me they have no way to access and use a calculator to get that information) I was some how able to come up with the interest/fees paid over the life of the loan compared to what we were borrowing. They are predatory and the way they practice business should be illegal.

Jesse at the Surprise location “helped” us after using his Escalade to jump someone else’s car. THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING RICH RUINING YOU FINANCIALLY. Don’t fall prey to this business or any other like it that won’t properly and transparently answer direct questions about the transaction. This is how they trick desperate, panicked people just searching for some help. The front sign should read LOAN SHARK.
