I am incredibly disappointed in Lux Management’s business practices. After reading other reviews, ghosting people and not returning security deposits unlawfully seems to be a trend. I would love to know if anyone has actually gotten their money back. Also, are the owners aware Who wants to go in on a lawsuit against them? If you’re reading this Carlie, you can simply return my deposit and fix this or continue to risk your license.

I have had a lot of different rentals and lux management is the best experience I’ve had. Firstly they worked really hard and quickly to get me into the house I wanted. The turn around was a day for the move in, which is amazing and unheard of. They were very accommodating and professional. As I’ve been renting with them over this last year they are so understanding with all issues that arise and truly make me feel valued. They find solutions that work for both of us and treat me like a human. And I deeply appreciate that. I didn’t know rental management companies could really be like that. Thank you so much guys.

Based on my experience with Lux Property Management, in particular, Lauren Watson, they will only do the minimum the AZ state law requires. That is to say, they won't fix any big ticket items unless it impairs the health or welfare of the tenant. In my case, they didn't fix the sprinklers or the main water line and pressure valve going into the house. I have many more examples. Bottom line, if you expect reasonable behavior, you are not going to get it from Lauren Watson or Lux Property Management. If I were to do this again, I would have researched the property manager to the max. No way I would have signed a lease with Lux property management and specifically with Lauren Watson. Worst person I have ever met. In my opinion, she is the most unethical person I have met. I am strongly suspicious that Lauren and or husband own this property, 1168 W Swan Drive in Chandler 85286. No wonder she wouldn't fix any big ticket items. Sprinklers, main water feed and pressure valve. You tell me. Not only is Lauren liable, but so is Lux Property Management. My advice, don't even consider this property. Corrupt agent, corrupt lux management group. I would ignore any positive reviews, they are likely friends not tenants .If you want to look up Lauren Watson's LLC, go to the AZ Corporation Commission, and search for Watson Moving and storage. How convenient. If it stinks, it stinks. If true, serious conflict of interest. If you want to take risk, so be it. But in my opinion you will pay a huge price.

Criminals. What else can be said about these "property managers" that hasn't already been covered in all of the 1 star reviews left for Lux Management Group Keller Williams Realty Phoenix? They have no respect for their tenants. Their own staff talks down about upper management because they are crooks. If they get you in to rent one of their places they wont let you out without stealing from you on the way out - they will add on all sorts of additional fees and penalties just because they have no regulatory oversight. The people will speak the truth. Thanks Google for giving a platform for people to share their experiences!

Update: Yes, it's been more than a year that I've been waiting for you to reimburse my bank fees- not the Chandler penalty fees. There was an error on their part which was fixed. Then, all the penalties after were because you paid quarterly and not monthly. Believe me, I spent over 20 hours of my personal time trying to get my money back with little help from your company. It was NOT a simple fix. You have my detailed emails explaining your negligence and my bank information if you want to make it right.

Another 1 start review from me, too. I'm a homeowner. Lux Management Group was paying Chandler tax payments quarterly on my behalf which were supposed to be paid monthly, which kept compounding penalties. They received the statements and never mentioned all the penalties to me. Eventually a lein was put on all of my accounts to pay over a thousand dollars of penalties. It triggered a distribution from my IRA to pay it. After proving it was Lux's negligence, they have not returned any calls requesting just my bank fees to be reimbursed. Banks charge fees to pay out leins and 4 of my accounts paid the same lein. It has taken many hours of my time to handle this situation and extra money to pay all the fees. I do not recommend this company or Carlie Goulet.

Hello to all searching for a Management Company to not go to LUX Management Group Kelly Williams Realty Company to rent your property out. The company does not throughly check on history of background on renters at all period. Do not think a second to contact their office. They sound at first friendly and professional to help. The renters trashes your property of new house is extremely very disappointing. This company is out to get every penny from you to make you believe they will take care of the property and do not care of the client properly period. As soon the renter moved out and the did not contact us and we had drive 5 hours to contact them and upon arrival at the property it was unbelievable of the back yards and inside was filter dirty. They have not done nothing with the property. I requested this morning to do walk I. For inspection of the property and still have excuse not to help us.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this company. We retained them three years ago to manage our single rental property. The first two years went by with a few issues, namely calling in vendors for repairs without consulting us first as I’d requested as we’d just finished a big renovation project and many things were still under warranty. The third tenants requested a two year lease which worked out well for us. After several days, these tenants finally said something to our neighbors who subsequently contacted us, they’d been attempting to contact the management company for several days regarding questions and issues. She said the house was not left in pristine condition as the management company had assured me, and sent me photos of the damage to the walls, trim, and disrepair of a few items. I assured her she wouldn’t be held responsible for these things and sent our personal handyman over to repair items that needed attention. So I started attempting to contact the management company on February 21st. I let the associate I spoke with know everything our tenant had told me, sent them the photos documenting the condition and disrepair and let them know I was unhappy with their lack of responsiveness. I was assured Carlie Goulet, the person I’d met with originally and the head of the property management group, would want to speak with me and would be calling me shortly. It’s now April 3rd and I have yet to have a phone conversation with her. She did attempt once to call, but I was working and she went right back to ignoring my messages and calls and texts. Then after several more promises to call at certain times, she did finally call me saying she was on a plane and would call when she landed. No big surprise…no call. I received an email from them responding to my request to cancel our contract based on their negligence. The email said I would be responsible for paying their management fees for the remainder of the two year lease, and they subsequently withheld our owner disbursements for both March and April. Stay far away from Lux Management group and Carli Goulet associate broker.

I've been to several realty companies trying to find a home for my Son and I. I have never experienced one as well put together as this one . Not only we're they all friendly but professional, they made this the easiest, smoothest as possible and they Truly genuinely care for their tenants or prospective tenants. They we're All ontop of everything. They made us feel like family because every step of the way they treated us like family and still do. Couldn't of been more Greatful ? and Blessed ? to have such an Amazing Realty, property management team. They did everything in their power to give me and my son a home ! Thank you Lux management group / Keller Williams! It's been 2 years looking and having multiple realtors, companies, agencies helping me. You we're the only one's to accomplish getting our family a home , and went above and beyond your Job description to make it happen . I will recommend you to my family members, friends and other people who need a home. Thank every single one of you for going above and beyond and making the impossible Possible!!!!
