Jasic failed to communicate when my insurance went up 2x. I reached out to find out more detail, and after 4 emails he has still not responded. So I'll definitely be finding someone else to buy insurance through.
Update: Jasic continued to ignore emails for another 2 weeks, then finally replied without acknowledging or apologizing for ignoring emails for an extended period of time. When I pointed out the poor service, he became smug and defiant. Definitely don't recommend working with Jasic.
