I have been so impressed with Charlie Riesgo and his representatives Cynthia Inorio and Sue Reynolds. They have been very helpful in my insurance needs. I had an accident in 2018 and they showed much more concern with my well being and safety rather than the damage that was done to my truck. I really appreciated the personal touch they gave during the claim process and they made sure my truck was repaired in a timely manner. Very professional and very personable. I've been with State Farm since I was 16 my father for his life time my State Farm agent passed and I was placed in another office. To say the least I was unimpressed, one day I was talking with a friend and the subject came up, he had state farm , told him my story and he said, to go talk to Robyn at Charlie's office, so I did and let me tell you this, amazing is the best way I can describe it, Robyn is just that, anytime I have an issue problem or just a question, it's taken care of in a flash, . All the staff is awesome and if I were you and your with any insurance carrier even state farm I'd call Charlie's office and see the difference
