This property is an oasis of calm with matured greenery in a village like setting beneath the eastern end of the Catalina Mountains. The grounds meander between the many attractive two and three story buildings that offer easy access to multiple parking areas. There is a collective of diverse tenants, many who walk their dogs on the maze of well kept walkways. It is a gem of a community with responsive management staff, lots of amenities. The affordable rents in one of the best areas of the old pueblo offers well planned interiors with easy to decorate substantial room sizes. The two pool areas, playground, bbq areas, gym, computer use, partial solar utility, central AC/HEAT and enclosed porches create a very pleasant livable rental community for all ages. The suburban like neighborhood of Colonia Verde has all the stores, restaurants and services are
all very close by.

Office and maintenance staff are so friendly, helpful and extremely patient with new residents like myself so they make a usually stressful event , a wonderful experience.

Mikayla in the office has been FANTASTIC. Everything has gone smoothly and the one small issue was taken care of promptly with great communication from the maintenance team.

We been here for 15 years Judith and Shelli have always been a great help. When we have had an issue is has been taken care in a timely matter. The maintenance personnel are quick in getting the work done.

Issue with leaking air conditioner. Arrived in 30 minutes . Drained it and it seemed fine. unfortunately there was a second clog. started leaking again next morning. When I called, Danny and his manager arrived in five minutes. Problem solved fairly quickly. Danny is super helpful, friendly and full of useful information. Did not get the managers name. He was very helpful . Thanks to both of them.

I wanted to express how disappointed I am with the Tanque Verde Apartment management and community. Not only have we been without water, electricity, and AC on multiple occasions during the hottest part of the year. But no remedy was offered during this except essentially deal with it. We have been without these basic modern human needs more than we have paid and had them during this brutal summer heat. Nor did we ever receive a personal apology or remedy for the misfortune. Our upstairs neighbors are constantly noisy and have zero regard for our wellbeing below them. We have already made formal complaints before, yet they continue to rent above us, and we are to deal with the issue as they retaliate and create fictional complaints against us when we are not even home at the time of supposed complaint. To top all of this off, the pool was closed for weeks and was greener than a local cattle tank. I thankfully do not work from home. Disappointing is far from an understatement. My roommate works from home as a freelance videographer and has had to pause on income driven employment because of how much the electricity has been shut off in the past two months.

He also is at home working most of the time so must endure the worse end of the stick of all described faults in this email.

Do not rent here if you value your sanity and good morale 🙂

I've never been so happy to move out.
People say moving is stressful, but it's not when you're moving out of Tanque Verde Apartments. It's relief that you are finally done with this horrendous complex.
"Luxury apartments" if your idea of luxury is having your kitchen flooded through from the unoccupied apartment above you, have water coming through where your light fixture used to be, and then they refuse to fix your light or kitchen for four full months.
If your idea of luxury is AC that barely works in Arizona, and that never works when they turn the water off- which is constant, with less than an hours notice.
If your idea of luxury is knowing how many of your neighbors have roaches and bugs, and knowing that if you leave for a weekend your apartment will have bugs.
If your idea of luxury is windows that leak every time it rains. And by leak I mean pour water through the tops and bottoms of every window in the apartment.
If your idea of luxury is the dog poop bags never being refilled so everyone lets their dog poop all over the place and it never gets picked up.
If your idea of luxury is a broken parking lot gate for months on end. Or when it's working, sometimes they just don't close it for no reason and then your car and some of your neighbors get keyed.
If your idea of luxury is having a hole in the floor large enough for an adults foot or a child's leg to get stuck in in the laundry room, they've known about that for at least 6 months. All they need to do is put a drain cover. They won't. It's in the middle of the floor.
If your idea of luxury is cheap blinds, cheap and non functional closet doors.
If your idea of luxury is never once in the two years you live there having a maintenance request handled in an appropriate time.
If your idea of luxury is requests to fix your cheap cabinets and drawers and they fix them on the last day of your lease when you're moving out.

If the above is your idea of luxury, have at it and trust bridge property management and tanque verde apartments.

If you want any actual luxury or even a basic functional place to live, you'll go elsewhere.

Edit to Add: if you wanted to improve my experience, you should have done so when I lived there.

Annie is literally the best person you could ever ask/hope for in your apartment complex office, anytime I need anything she is always there, she is so incredibly helpful, you can tell she genuinely cares about her tenants welfare, comfort and safety. She is a very hardworking, caring, funny, intelligent woman. Anyone who’s had the privilege of being around her would agree! 5 stars for Annie ?
