I’ve been an avid Turbo taxer for years but something always felt wrong, I’m not a professional, I’m smart enough to navigate an program/app, but again, not a professional! Amber, the real professional, was kind, courteous, and welcoming. She listened to my concerns and financial situation with patience and grace, giving me more time than I probably needed to take. I can’t say enough good things about her service, she was recommended to me by my sister in law and nephew & I’ll tell you I won’t be going back to turbo tax.
