Creative and Helpful -- We've had our home and auto insurance with Don Nelms' Farmers agency since 2002 when we bought our Sedona home. We contracted with two other agencies first, but each one ultimately could not cover the particulars of our home. One of my favorite courtesies is the annual review in which they tell us which of our insurance records we no longer need to keep in a safe. 😉

I have worked with Kristin Lucas at this agency for some time and she has been an amazing partner. She goes above and beyond. She saved us a ton of money - not just in Sedona - but across all of our policies both in Texas AND Sedona. Frankly, our agent in Texas did not catch all the little things that she did. Honestly, we were super impressed. Can't wait until we can make Sedona our full time home and only work with Kristin and this agency.

Don Nelms was my insurnace agent for over 25 years until I move from Sedona to southern Arizona. My daughters were both first-time drivers on my family policy and 3 different homes were covered at different times by his wonderful insurance group. Don is available to his clients, unlike many larger agencies, and listens and laughs with you like the friend that he is. Maybe it's also the fact that my mustache rivals his and we can both enjoy gawking hahaha. Not really, we would merely ask questions and discuss the finer points of facial hair. He's that kind of guy.

The office staff here, all ladies as far as I have ever seen, is uber professional and always come through when they say that they will do something for you like get a policy quote or post your late payment immediately. Nice, huh? This insurance group and agency is professionalism at its finest.

My Father was a Disabled VET and Mr. Nelms made the effort to go to my fathers home to talk with him as long as it took, so that he understood the products available and the proper way to insure his home. My Dad had nothing but laudits for Don and his team!
