Update: YTA management called and sufficiently addressed my concerns. I would do business with them in the future based on how they resolved the situation and acknowledged their shortcomings.

My original review on 10/23/19:
Terrible company - the number of times I had to follow up with them for status updates was unbelievable. I have no idea what my money paid for other than have someone take my wires. I hate title companies in general but this YTA was the worst one of dealt with by far.
