First time renting a home and I must say the process was very easy and I like how everything is done online… Natalie did amazing with her communication skills making sure I’m up to date on the process, any questions & concerns I had she always made sure she got back with me. LV came out to do maintenance at our home. As soon as he arrived he was super nice and friendly. He informed me of what he was sent to do and got right to work. Once he was done he explained what was going on and also asked if anything else was needed while he was at the location. He took a looked and helped with what he could on such short notice. Was very helpful and gets the job done.

The application process was super easy! Natalie was very helpful with all my questions in regards to the approval process, tenant responsibilities and down payment to secure the home.

Joel Morales - Maintenance was so pleasant! He was very efficient and whatever questions I had he answered. He made sure to resolve the order request as best as he could. I was very happy and comfortable during his time here.

Diego came on time. Did a terrific job fixing my maintenance requests. He explained everything so that I understood how to fix if these things happen in the future. He has a very nice personality and knows what he is doing.

This review is for Geoff only not the company as a whole:

Geoff came out to the house to fix the smart lock on the front door and look at the AC unit. Sadly he wasn't able to fix the AC but has a order in to have someone to come fix it. As always Geoff did a great job.

We have had Cowboy (David) for the past year and he is always welcome in our home! However today we had the honor of having Geoffrey come to the house to fix a few hurricane damaged items. He was very nice. Fixed what he could and even cleaned up after himself.

We had Raphael come in to replace the lock and he made it a really quick and easy process. He was professional and very sweet, he helped us understand how to work the lock as well so it doesn’t have the same issue in the future. We really appreciate the amazing service he provided!
