Well this is a sad first review!! My mother is a resident at an apartment complex owned by this company, I went to visit her parked out of the way with my vehicles and made sure there was no signs stating “no parking” or anything of the sort. I woke up to all vehicles towed, now it’s not that they were towed that I’m leaving this review, it is how they handled the situation that warrants such a low length my review. I went to the office and discussed the matter with their management team, and they pointed me in the direction of stoneweg stating “the towing company is handled by the owners stoneweg and you will need to contact them” i followed up with Chris Driscoll of stoneweg who said the complete opposite of the management team. I’m being bounced around and forced to pay $600 for vehicles that were legally parked. After realizing waiving those fees or getting my money back wasn’t an option I tried to just say “hey why don’t you guys add some more signs to help define these parking areas and inform people that are guests” their response was parking arrangements are outlined in the lease. I am not a lease holder here and I’m not responsible for knowing these areas it would be the properties responsibility to inform its guests as to where they can and can’t park and signs should be posted in all these areas! I was just completely dismissed by this team, I am a 22 year old single father and small business owner and the vehicles they took contain all my tools and equipment needed to work, again although I’m frustrated with them towing my vehicles I am by far way more upset with the customer service or should I say lack there of, from stoneweg trellis at the lakes and their teams for allowing predator towing companies to thrive!!
