I had been waiting for over two hours for my insurance to provide a tow on my van when the service provider cancelled the tow and insurance was escalating their efforts to find me a tow truck to take me 130 miles when my girlfriend reached out to the local tow companies to find help. The first call she made was a no, but they actually directed us to A2Z towing. When we called, we were treated very nicely and Henry was at my van within 20 minutes getting it loaded up. He was very nice and communicative and got me home safely. I'd like to mention that my "covered insurance tow" was actually more expensive than A2Z's price. Don't forget to call A2Z first!!

3 Sisters 3 Doggies Trip Disaster…
On our way to California , our vehicle broke down in Quartzsite. We called several towing companies, but their prices were outrageous. Amazingly, we found A2Z Towing, and Evelyn greeted us with such wonderful customer service-giving us the lowest quote in town. She was also so helpful and understanding-offering us transportation for all of us as well as our 3 doggies. She let us know she had the perfect driver, Henry a real dog lover. Not only did Henry arrive quickly. He was amazing with our dogs. He was also the most respectful, kind-hearted, friendly, funny, personable, and a great storyteller. He made us forget about our bad stroke of luck and brought laughter and joy. Thank you Henry! You are the best. Keep sharing your amazing testimony. God Speed Amigo!!!! ❤️

From the moment I made the call and spoke to Evelyn to the time Henry our tow guy dropped off our car at our repair shop, was nothing but professionalism, quick service and great communication. Henry made sure he secured our vehicle from the highway within 25 min of my initial call. He was so kind and compassionate and ensured he left the car with our directions. Buyer beware: They replaced an axle on my camper a few years back. They not only put the wrong axle on but charged me double what they estimated it to be. Never called to let me know it was going to cost me more, they just went ahead and did it. They refused to take responsibility for installing the wrong axle and told me id have to contact the company that THEY bought it from. A2Z gave them all the wrong specs and measurements. Bottom line, a2z would not correct it so I ended up taking it to a repair shop that knew what they were doing and had the correct axle installed.
