I don't leave many product reviews, but my experience with UofA Rentals (aka Asset Assistance) was remarkably better than the not-so-great rental companies in the University area that I had rented from previously. Because many students are desperate for housing near campus, many landlords get away with a lot without concern for damaging their reputation. UofA Rentals, on the other hand, provided me with a house very close to campus at a great value. The older house I rented was clean and everything functioned properly. Any repairs that were needed while we were living there were done promptly AND with respect to the privacy of myself and the other tenants. The office staff were always friendly and the organization had great customer service - in my case I was even able to work with them to modify the contract slightly. They were also very fair about the fees they kept from our deposits. All in all a great experience.
