Adria always looks out for me. I have my business, life, car and home insurance with American Family. Adria has been my agent for 25 years! I want say that Adria Coleman has been very helpful with our move out here to Arizona. If we had a problem she went above and beyond to help us. I was in a car accident and corporate was dragging their feet and she helped me deal with issues I had with them. Insurance cards, via snail mail, Adria had our back. It has been an absolute pleasure having Adria Coleman as my family insurance agent! I had a pretty severe accident in 1996 and needed to find a quality and professional insurance agent. Not only did I find someone who was professional and friendly, but also found someone who cared for me and my family. As our family moved from an apartment to our first home – Adria Coleman was there to not only congratulate us but help us with the transition from renters insurance to full home coverage. Ever since that day, Adria Coleman still reaches out to us to notify of changes in our insurance or potential upgrades to our policy that can not only save us money but still cover us fully if anything every happens. We have moved from a single family car to two vehicles, utility trailer, lots of toys and now looking into our first Class C Rv. Adria Coleman has been there every step of the way and we are so very thankful that she has been a part of our growing lives. She is professional, friendly, caring, and has integrity, discipline, and most of all heart in everything she does. My agent Adriana Coleman and her right hand Teresa we're like my friends that were in the insurance business. I never felt taken advantage of or ripped off. Customer service is worth a little extra to me. I don't care how much the other guys are cheaper, if they cannot provide me with the customer service I need then I don't need the service. This American family customer is extremely happy with my American Family experience
