We have been banking here at Union Yes for more years than we can count and wouldn’t bank anywhere else. The customer service is always phenomenal but sometimes we need more help and any time we do Christine is there with a smile on her face, ready willing and able. Her kindness is always at the forefront but accompanied by complete professionalism to help fix our problem.

Shady business, this is one of two locations other location was in San Diego but that office closed it's doors back in 2013 so some peculiar reasons. When researching through NCUA
a federal oversight agency nothing is found under Credit Unions name or address.Be cautious with dealing with entities that appear off the regulated and standard majority

My parents have been banking here for years and have always been very happy with the service. Over this past year I've had the pleasure of gong in with them a few times and even a couple times on my own and I am amazed how everyone knows them and now they know me by association. I didn't think businesses still existed that people cared enough to get to know customers by name or atleast their face but Union Yes Federal Credit Union Seems to be one of them. Special thanks to Christine for always going the extra mile for my folks and Meleny who does a great job balancing friendliness and professionalism, but truthfully everyone who has assisted us always provides service with a smile.

Honestly bless your soul if you bank here. Customer service sucks and no one seems to have any communication between employees or “notes” as they put it. Constantly getting the run around for the most basic requests never seem to have accountability. Best advice I’d have to give you is search for another bank where people actually treat you with some respect. I’m a very well informed and organized person. I can’t believe people actually trust them with their hard earned money. Thank god I won’t be coming back.

After peeking at the reviews, I'm clearly not the FIRST to have experienced poor customer service and this coming from Karina. After applying for an auto loan, having excellent credit & without a membership, I never received an email but a vague voice message to call them back. Upon calling them, the line was totally quiet with me asking "hello" multiple times until about 15 seconds in when KARINA answered, not identifying herself and after giving my name, asked for my social over the phone. I was not comfortable doing so and asked if she could locate my application via phone number & she said 'no' & suggested I get the name of the person who called me and call them back. So I did, It was HERRR!!! Called them back & instead of her asking if I would like to be a member or pitching me to sign up she told me to have a nice day and hung up. Welp, I'm certainly not missing out on anything good. DEUCES!! ✌️

I have bank there over 30 years and never had a problem. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes. No matter which teller I get, they all have gave me excellent and fast service. I cant think of and Bank or CU that compare with there excellent service. Everyone is polite and greet you when you walk in. I would recommend this CU to anyone.
