Never coming back to this place this girl was being rude, racially profiled me for cashing my check. She didn’t try to verify and gave me attitude and the wrong name the whole time. She said since I cashed in a check the day before from a different company I couldn’t cash the one from my other company. Please remove her from this company she doesn’t deserve to serve people with that attitude and 0 customer skills.. she even covered her name tag lied and said that wasn’t her name. Please inform her on how to do her job right!!!

Went in the other day, and got to say Karina was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful and patient. Was one of the best customer services I had ever received in any PLS. Definitely coming to this location again!

Very bad service they don't know their jobs, they are very unpolite to customers and disrespectful 😒 😑 🙄 they don't have manners to treat customers they act like they don't care about customers when we ask questions I drive 1hrs away from this place and I told them that and the lady who helped me last time was fired and he even tried to charge me for the envelope I ask to place my money. I hope they can train better their employees or hire real people who love to help clients and have manners to help people I had really bad experience and the reason I came here because before they used to have a better quality of service but since few months ago they very disrespectful and leave you waiting on the windows while they all talking each other inside. I won't recomend this place to come find a better option to cash your checks! You won't have a good experience

Can get lots of things done in one place. Long lines, but they usually have a lot of reps available to help. My favorite FREE MONEY ORDERS!!!! Worth a few minutes in line. They also do DMV paperwork/transactions.

I normally don't leave reviews but today I went to PLS, I've been there many times to make money orders but this time was to cash a check. Vivian helped me and I really appreciate her great customer service when it was time to verify. She was patient but also efficient and everything worked out smoothly. 10/10

These workers here, have the lines super long all the way almost outside and only with 2 windows open. It's 4:43 pm. I been here almost a whole hour just for money order and to load my card. This place needs Better management. People want this to be a quick stop. Not a all day thing.
