We rented a single family home in South Bay for over 4 years until recently. Everything from our initial appointment to signing the lease was a very professional and pleasant experience. Sarah from APM was always prompt to address all requests in a timely manner during our entire stay. They work with very reliable and professional handy man, gardener and pool service that made it safe and convenient. We are a small family and the support and convenience of working with APM (all online) and also being available over email/phone as necessary was very much appreciated. Highly recommend APM if you are in the Bay Area and looking to rent or even an owner looking for management company.
