We have been working with Forbes Group Property Management since 2018. My father in law worked with them for many years before that. We have had consistent, high level engagement with our property managers all along. Our current property manager, Michael Souza, is a good communicator and proactive. He returns call and emails very promply. He plans ahead when it comes to raising rents or getting annual work done so we are making decisions in advance with plenty of time. Recently, he even consulted with the firm's attorney to get input that was needed. The bookkeeper is very accurate and responsive. Our property has a very low vacancy rate because it is well managed. I would highly recommend working with this property management firm.

If property you renting is managed by Forbes Group Property Management AVOID IT! Absolutely zero communication, house we were renting was sold even without our knowledge, we had no idea house was for sale till people starting coming over to see it. We waited for simple things to get fixed inside the house for months... 4 months later we moved out without getting those fixed. Absolutely zero stars, will not recommend them. Even buyers, who are nice people, said they waited 2 weeks to get our contact information.

I rented a apartment from the Forbes Group in 2021, and it was a very pleasant experience from property search and viewing, lease signing, maintenance, to the closure of the lease. The apartment was a charming 2BR in downtown San Jose. I thought that the price was value for money, considering how well-maintained the property is and its location. They are very professional and have a portal for viewing documents, making payments, and logging service requests. All the requests that I raised were addressed in a timely manner. Daniel and Karina are very accommodating and professional. They made our leasing experience very pleasant, and our stay in the apartment memorable.

I have been renting through Forbes Group for the past 2 years, and have been extremely satisfied the entire time. They respond quickly to maintenance calls, and work performed has been completed in a timely manner. All staff is very professional and courteous. Karen was especially helpful with a recent issue with a noisy neighbor. Her calm and reassuring nature helped resolve the issue without further drama or incident. I highly recommend using Forbes Group for finding a great rental in Silicon Valley.

Forbes has been managing our residential properties for more than three years. We experience very low turnover in large part because of their responsiveness to our tenants, attention to detail, and willingness to take care of our tenants. With the very few vacancies we had, the units were not empty more than 10 days- enough time to clean, inspect, and tune up, nothing longer.
