We are so grateful to Dave Keefe and the entire team at Action Properties for prepping, renting, managing, and eventually selling our home in Woodside. They had a clear and compelling vision of what upgrades that house needed for renting and then selling. In both cases, they were spot on and the house rented and later sold immediately. They completed the work of prepping our home at a fraction of the cost to competing bids and their vision clearly matched the market. We had no idea it could look so nice nor that it could win so much attention from potential buyers. As property managers, they took responsible care of the home and the tenant relationship. We never worried about the home and appreciated their systems of documentation and transparency around repairs or other authorized maintenance while occupied. As our selling agent, Dave continued to surprise us with the depth, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness of his home sales process. From reviewing the multiple offers that came in to the final signing, the transaction proceeded without a single hitch. My family has been in the real estate business for over 40 years and none of us have been so impressed by a sales team as this one. If you have the chance to work with them, by all means do.

One standout feature is the 24/7 access to the smart maintenance portal, which allows me to track maintenance requests and updates at any time. Every tenant request was promptly addressed, and communication was consistently clear and proactive. Working with Action Properties has been nothing but hassle free and pleasantly transparent with my moving concerns and process. Property Manager Terry has been more than helpful and amazing with the tour he had provided me as he was very knowledgeable about the unit I was interested in. He made himself available and spoke with kindness, as he knows for renters who are searching for a new home, it is a very stressful process. He was super informative and made my search for a new home very easy.

As for the application process, he was very much available and did his absolute best to provide such excellent service. Being in contact with someone this reliable is very reassuring as I know my needs and concerns about my new home will receive the proper attention needed.
