I was a tenant in an Altos-managed property for a year and a half, and I had a fantastic experience. My landlord, Mark, was accommodating and easy to communicate with. He was quick to address the few issues I reported, and his responsiveness made my first apartment experience a very positive one. The rent was affordable for the Bay Area and the building was safe and well-maintained. If I return to the area, I would definitely consider renting from Altos again, and I highly recommend them to others!

Had some of the best two years of my life in a relatively affordable property. Paying and splitting rent was very easy to do online, and the process of signing the lease went smoothly. We moved across country to a beautiful place in Palo Alto and our experience with Jake Jefferies was nothing short of excellent. He guided us through every move in process and was also our main point of contact while in the unit.

As with most brand new renovations we ran into some quirks here and there, but Jake was always there to get it promptly fixed. Our time spent in the unit was made a lot better from the positive interactions with the Altos team and we would highly recommend them—in short they just made everything easy!

I've been a tenant under Altos Realty Advisors for over 6 years(up until recently when the owner sold the bldg) and I've never had an issue with having my concerns heard/dealt with.
Things just ran smoothly, whether if there was a personal issue, or any maintenance needs, to complete plumbing overhauls, everything was handled very quickly.

*Justin, is truly an amazing human being. He tried his best to resolve whatever concerns I've had in a timely manner within those 6+ years.
It's so much more than that because, Justin seems to really care about his tenants and their wellbeing.
I used to tell Justin that i know he couldn't make anyone"obey the rules", but i was grateful that he actually TRIED to get us all to be courteous to each other.
It takes absolutely nothing to be kind in this world of chaos.🙏

The company as a whole has been nothing but professional, each person that works there, seemed to know what their job description entailed.
Not only that, but anyone who walked through the door, was greeted with a big "hello/can I help you", from whomever was in the office.

Whenever I went in to the office to pay my rent, I felt comfortable to have other workers take my payment, rather than just wait for Justin to handle it, even though he's my favorite person over there. Ijs... 😉
Jake Jefferies is also a good guy, he gets whatever questions you have about your account, answered very quickly and thoroughly.

I truly have loved everything about Altos Realty Advisors, and it's heartbreaking writing this review because, i know that they no longer represent us.
I must say that i do I look forward to being able to work with them again in the near future!

I really enjoy the renting experience with Justin. He and his team always address any issue in a timely manner. The quality of maintenance is great and the team is very friendly. What I appreciate most is that, Justin places renter's experience as top priority and spare no efforts to make my living comfortable when I found the fridge was loud. With altos, the renters have more flexibility, more freedom while getting all the support they need. Highly recommended.

Rented with Justin for couple of years. He is great to work with, very fast and clear in communication. All the maintenance requests were addressed in less than an hour. We had to break the lease early due to personal reasons, and Justin found us a replacement tenant very soon, so we dint have to keep paying for long. Overall highly recommend working with Altos.
