They are thieves! I paid a $50 cancellation fee for my insurance. Then I received a bill on the mail saying I owe that cancellation fee still I go in asking to see my record & they denied to see my record & the lady with curly hair gets extremely rude with me & starts screaming at me & saying if I want any type of record or to let me see the cameras from that day I need to get a court order. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The customer service is bad. I used to have a policy with them but switched agencies. The owners specially have bad customer service over the phone and in person. Go somewhere else plenty of other agencies in the area with better customer service. No one deserves to be treated bad especially if you are giving them business.

They are thieves, they will file your taxes and pay you with their own checks and take roughly $500. Ownership is the party responsible for enforcing that particular policy.

Roban dinero, no informan ala gente sobre sus prácticas. Te quieren dar el reembolso con uno de sus cheques y cobrarte como $500 dólares sin avisar. el dueño en particular es el que impone esas prácticas
