I don't know why this silly thing is posting in my brother's name, but, but I'm Anita McFalls. Jon-Michael is our agent at Martin Insurance group. You couldn't find a more helpful and conscientious guy. He watches out for us so we get the best rates possible. We not only have our vehicle insurance with him, but our business also. Due to the crazy weather and high winds, we've had to make a couple of claims. They were great! Just called JM and he took care of things, and they were processed quickly and fairly. Great company, great guy!

STAY AWAY! Just another insurance company that's worried about money, money, money. It's all fine an dandy when you're the one payin them, but when the time comes that you need anything from this agent, good luck. You don't even talk to this office if you need anything from Erie Insurance, they sit at this office and do nothing but collect your hard earned money.
Absolute fraud of an insurance agent. Stay away, far far away.
