We went there hoping for some financial help but wasn't sure how much they were willing to help us with all of the dental work my husband was needing. We were happy to find out they would help us with all of the dental bill. The director, Donna, is super sweet and goes through all of the paperwork carefully.

The guy at the front desk clearly hates people. Cares ZERO about what you need, when you need it. Only cares about his schedule.
It’s one thing to realize the #1 rule in customer service is to reassure someone what you CAN do more so than what you CAN’T do. However,
when you work for military personnel you have zero idea who you’re taking with. Even though I personally have no inclination whatsoever for SI, someone you deal with might. Especially if they need to go crawling to the NMCRS for financial help. I’m writing this because I don’t want this guy to upset the wrong person and have them do the unthinkable. Think more so on what you CAN do for someone before you push them away with what you CAN’T do for them. No amount of training can make a staff member like working with people so maybe the cold reality of the situation might. I hope this guy either fixes his self or else moves on to another job.

Also he wasn’t wearing a mask during a time the military has instructed everyone inside a building must wear a mask. He was not behind plexiglass; he was 2 feet away from me in the front office receptionist area wasting time with coworkers instead of helping people.
