Day of Incident (2-1-2025)Came in to cash a check and this was the worst experience I have had at a bank. The branch manager ( her name starts with D) was the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. Keep in mind I have been a member since this bank was called Pacific Marine Credit Union ( loyal Member 20 plus years). I had a check I needed to cash and she proceeded to interrogate me on what the check was for, how far my repairs had come and what had happened. Keep in mind this had nothing to do with check cashing process. At the end of the conversation she was insistent on making a copy of my check even after me asking for my check back multiple times.Finally she relented and gave me MY check back. To FWCU leadership , this is not how your customers should be treated. Why we are cashing our checks is not your bank managers business. Nor should they have to be asked multiple time to return our checks to us. I went to the Branch by Broken Yolk, the manager there was absolutely amazing. I had no trouble at all cashing my check and most importantly I was not interrogated.

Just came to get todays hours but saw their lower rating due to few reviews so I wanted to leave one. We have used Frontwave, formerly Pacific Marine Credit Union, for almost two decades. Our two children now use it. We have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff at this location are friendly, helpful and incredibly patient as my children have navigated first accounts, credit cards and car loans. We are moving soon and will absolutely miss the staff. Thank you for making all our banking needs so easy.

It's absolutely ridiculous that a bank can leave me without a card for almost a month and do nothing to compensate me for the problems it caused. No wonder this bank is forced onto new Marines, no one else in their right mind would bank here.
