I'm totally biased in giving a review for Mark... but shouldn't you be biased? Shouldn't you know your insurance agent? Shouldn't he or she know you? Mark's family and mine go way back. His dad took care of our pets (vet) and now Mark makes sure my family is covered for any situation. When my wife had a wreck, Mark was the second person there after me.
