I called in the on a Friday to change my reservation, The associate Rania Deebah apologized for wait times, she was working the entire center alone. She got my reservation changed though 🙂 I came in 8 hours later to pick up the car, and she was the only one there working still. Handling a steady influx of customers. All. Alone. I was in and out in 15 minutes, regardless of the work shortage. My hats off to Rania. What a Rockstar Employee. But shame on Enterprise for putting so much pressure on one person. I hope she is compensated fairly.

Love the experience watching the platinum customer service skills of the team. I was asked to wait for an hour but it's a comfortable place with a great vibe. I really think that any company should realize the faces that are right here make there company continue to run. It's not actions of enterprise itself. There are several locations I refuse to step into because of the disorganization and failure to put the customer first. GREAT TEAM NOGALES.......clean lot very professional love it

I have been renting from this location for years, never an issue. Now my grandpa passed away and I need to take a trip for the service I booked a week in advance. I was suppose to pick up today, now I get endless excuses... Vehicle is already rented won't be in until noon, if I am going to travel I need a major credit card, no deposit which was never that way before. Very disappointed, with service zero compassion or empathy for my grandfather that passed. I wish them karma...

Ive rented from this location multiple times and never had a problem. This last time however I met was met with ALDO. Although the intial encounter was fine. The aftermath was not. I was charged a drop off fee after i had already returned the car. I may have kept the car had i known about a 170 dollar fee. The location i returned to never mentioned a fee and this location of all the years Ive done business with them never mentioned a drop off fee. Then to learn about it after the fact seems like poor business practice. Did i also mention i received a rude voicemail from ALDO the day after I returned the vehicle. Not recommending this place, will avoid ENTERPRISE ALL TOGETHER.

The initial renting process was pretty straight forward and went well, up until I returned the car the next day 20 minutes before scheduled. The main guy, Aldo Sedano went ahead and did a full 360 on the car to confirm any damages which there wasn't and advised me to go ahead and give it a quick vacuum in order to get my full deposit back. After another 15-25 minutes, I take the car back where another employee took the keys and I went on my way. 10 minutes later the main guy calls me to claim there was damages to the roof top and to come in and check it out. On my way there, I received an email on a claim that he had already filed against me and I hadn't even gotten there to discuss it yet. He showed me the slightest unnoticeable dents that look like the sun heat pressures would cause. They didn't look fresh and I asked how he thought that would be caused during my quick trip to the vacuums. And just like that no deposit back. I was scammed and assumptions were made without reason.

UPDATE!!! A couple weeks into April.
After getting in touch with customer care for damage claims, the claim was closed after explaining everything i mentioned above to the representative, She did not hesitate to close the claim after hearing the trouble I went through and the ridiculous story that Aldo had claimed to there being damage to the roof. I was given proof that the claim was closed and they were no longer going to seek compensation for the "damages". A little while after that, I then noticed that money was being taken out of my account by Enterprise without my authorization. I decided to go to speak to Aldo and show him that the claim was now closed and see why money was being charged on my card. He pushed my phone away condescendingly not wanting to see the documents emailed and said the money charged was the deductible for the damages and didn't want to hear anything I had to say so he then called the police on me rather than speaking to me like his uniform requires him to. I had to then report it to my bank. They confirmed Aldo was personally charging different amounts to my account which I had to file charge backs for and get a new bank card. I was then able to find a higher manager(located in Tucson) in charge of things like this and she had to personally call Aldo and explain he isn't allowed to be charging my card without authorization, as well as inform him that the claim was in fact CLOSED. I was able to get my deposit back as well as all the money he took. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME HERE.

Aldo Sedano is so AMAZING!!! He was so helpful and accommodating. We rented a car a week ago due to our vehicle being broke down. Took it back yesterday and got a room. Today we find out our vehicle might be 7 more days.
Called Enterprise 800 reservations and was told no cars at the Nogales location. I walked back to Aldo and asked if there was any way he could help us? Of course, once again Aldo comes through.
He is an amazing customer service representative. Friendly, thoughtful and understanding. As a supervisor may you know what an outstanding employee you have in Aldo.Sedano!!! I’ve been in sales for most of my career and which I had an Aldo Sedano on my team.?
