I've been with Alhambra for years! They never disappoint me. Everyone's willingness to help and they genuinely care about you and your needs. They have always provided excellent customer service and that alone will keep me as a forever customer. I highly recommend them. I’ve been banking with Alhambra for a couple of years now and i have had no complaints! always have amazing customer service and if i ever have questions/need help they are on top of it. Sonia and lidia helped me apply for a car loan before closing and were very patient and cooperative with me, thanks to them i was able to leave with my dream car!

I had an issue with my credit report displaying an alert that was difficult for me to get taken off. I was a little disappointed at first because I felt like Alhambra didn't want to do business with me. I was wrong.

I received a call from Sonia, who spent over 30 minutes of her Friday to help me navigate joining the credit union. I was shocked. I had already sent a nasty email to their staff and was about to move on.

I appreciate their patience in navigating this situation and helping me figure it out. Lidia ! Sorry for hanging up on you ! Thanks Guys.. I look forward to working with you guys.

What an enjoyable experience I had today at my first visit to Alhambra Credit Union in Litchfield Park! I needed to do a shared banking transaction (I had previously tried 3 different CUs that turned me away).

Upon entering, I was greeted enthusiastically and directed to my teller, Alma, who was equally friendly and upbeat. It was as though a pleasant personality was a job requirement at this branch!
Alma was able to execute my transaction without a snag, and I totally enjoyed our brief encounter.

I wholeheartedly recommend Alhambra Credit Union for any shared banking needs.

Joined this credit union same day , as they went to my employer explaining all the benefits they offer. Sonia Cardona , Operations Manager called the branch let them letting them know I was heading to their location after work, they offered free credit review , thank good , she showed me some items that were wrong, and explained me how to correct them, at the end I walked out with Checking . Savings and a Credit Card. Thanks to Sonia who took the time to explain all benefits Alhambra had to offer, I have belonged to another credit union for past 10 years and never gotten the service I received from Sonia Cardona she is a real asset to this credit union. I would recommend this credit union in a heartbeat. They receive a 10 of 10 stars.

Sonia and Lidia are absolutely fantastic! They have the best customer service skills, very pleasant to work with and they have great personalities. Getting a loan on my truck was super easy and quick! Thank you ladies for always being awesome. Side note, I’ve worked with both of them many times and have always been treated very well!
