We purchased a vehicle about a year ago and had it financed through Sierra Pacific, such an incredible experience. From the moment I inquired about rates to handing over the keys with the seller, they were attentive and thorough. Everything was communicated easily and it felt great to deal with a lender who went the extra mile to process everything in a quick and efficient manner. If you are looking for a car loan, Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union should be one of the 1st places you check out. Working with them is a breeze and they offer incredibly competitive rates. I had the pleasure of working with Terri and she was very communicative, answered all of my questions quickly, and provided me with great advice. Terri was amazing! I found a truck I wanted at a dealership and called Sierra Pacific, Terri walked my loan through from beginning to end, with no hiccups along the way. Even with me living in a different state. She was able to get my loan done and pay the dealership. If you’re looking to become a member of Sierra Pacific I highly recommend it. This bank is awesome and I will be using them in the future!!
