Adam MCGhee and Kasen Helped me so much in switching policies. I have had Shelter for 20 plus years. These guys got me half of what I was paying and went from 25,00.00 to 250,000.00. Coverage. Our agent, Michael Weatherford, and this company as a whole, goes above and beyond. My company was growing and wanting to bid larger projects, but our previous insurance company told us it was impossible to get bonded above our current limit. We were not a customer of Meadors at that time, but I reached out to Michael and he went to bat for us until he finally found a way of getting us approved for a higher bonding rate which enabled us to drastically increase our profits. We also ran into an issue where our underwriters had drastically under-insured some of our heavy equipment. One piece of equipment was totaled and we were told we would have to pay $15,000 out of pocket. Michael went to bat for us again and the issue got resolved without us owing anything. Definitely recommend Michael and this company as a whole.

I contacted this company for insurance needs and I spoke with Christy. I filled out the paperwork and told her what we needed. I was told to give them a try by another of their larger clients. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours with my quotes. Not only did this lady NEVER call me back, several voicemails and emails went unanswered as well. Had she just said "for whatever reason I'm just going to ignore you" I wouldn't have wasted almost a week of my time waiting to hear back from them. Even if this place was the cheapest place on earth to get coverage, just knowing how much a potential client means to them, I would never give them my business. I was under a deadline and she knew that, it cost me valuable time and resources that would have been better spent elsewhere. What a waste
