Our teenage son opened his first checking and savings account here thinking it'd be helpful for him in the future. It took OVER a month to receive his debit card. Then it took another month and a half to receive his pin code because you can't just choose your own your own pin. (Is that weird or what) Now, they have their hours 7:45-1 on Saturday. Guess what? It's a lie. They ARENT open on Saturdays. Virtually the most difficult banking experience we've ever had!!

Very convenient for customers that live away from the Pine Bluff area. Great customer service through the drive through. Friendly staff; even though this Covid nonsense presently has everyone talking through glass and masks.
