Alexis was very informative however when I went to get my car tag I had no proof of insurance on the app. Called travelers back and the representative said the car was quoted but never added. We told Alexis to add the car to my policy a week ago. It’s just irritating to have to go through all this again and might not even have the same quoted price we received a week ago.

(I see other peoples reviews and they are saying “she”. I talked to a man named Alexis. So not sure where this confusion is coming in with this)

I wish I can give 5 or more starts like other customers. My experience with Goosehead has been simply horrible. The last time Alexis looked for an insurance for my home, she selected a 7,500 dollars policy. I never get updates for what she does. When I noticed that my monthly payments went up dramatically, I asked her to send me a.detail of the policy. She took her time to answer me that she has put a request for Goosehead to provide me the information that usually takes seconds when she does from.her end ( she has completed a similir request in the past immediately). Unfortunately, I never got my requested solved. I was lucky that I was able to canceled the 7,500 dollars policy that she negotiate for me by myself ( I got a better policy for 2,700 dolllars by myself and with better coverage without her assistant). Additionally, she does not reply my emails because I requested her to guide me on how to cancel any professional relationship with Goosehead. Nevertheless, she just ignores my emails. After I canceled the 7,500 dollars policy, Goosehead sent me an email with the new policy that I got without Goosehead help pretending they were answering my first email. This just to name but few unpleasant episodes with this company. If anyone knows how to cancel the relationship with Goosehead, please let me.know! Thanks in advance!
