Tim Stidham is a great asset. He is very prompt to handle claims and responds to issues quickly. I had a water leak in my house last year, I called Tim at 9:00 pm on Thursday night to start the process of claim, he immediately sent Arkansas Restore to my house to began clean up and repaired the damage. With my replacement cost insurance I was able to replace three rooms of flooring and upgraded one room to hard wood with little out of pocket after my deductible. Simms and Renner earn your business with not only price but customer service.

This will be my very first review to leave for anything but i feel very strong about this guy so here it is.

My first impression of Mr. Sims and his whole operation was remarkable. And If there was such a thing as a wishing well for my insurance related business I believe I found it when I walked through his front door. This guy had the right answers to questions I was hesitant to even ask. Im just a normal family man with relatively normal insurance needs so he had no reason to show favor towards my premiums or policies, however I walked out of that place thourally impressed with the numbers he gave me. Ill say that over the years I have been jumping through hoops for different agencies and I've learned some hard lessons about other agents who are just pushover middle men who just want to collect your premiums every month and never step up for you when you need it. Well I was rear ended the very next week after I shook his hand and Greg Sims had an early opportunity to show me how he handles situations involving what i will call a half @$$ body shop repair and the other person's insurance company. At first they said they would not cover the expense of a rental car for me during the process of making repairs, I made 1 call to Mr. Sims and turns out the other insurance company decided they would provide me a vehicle and they made sure to fill it up on the way to DELIVER IT TO MY HOUSE!!!. I hope this is the last opportunity for such a call to be made on my behalf but I could hear the eagerness in his voice for situations like this, which is why I will be a lifelong customer for him. That guy works hard and earns his money from every person who walks in the door and Not just the major account sector of life. I challenge you to swing by his office and take a seat, hell you may even have to take a number after I'm through sending people his way !!!!
